    Mmm....

The Dol Sot Bi Bim Bab is my favorite. I love the little appetizers that you are not sure what they are but they're delicious. The place is unique and adorable. Order a Lime Ricky. It is excellent and refreshing!

Good for a korean fix uptown

This place is OK - adequate even if you are in the columbia area and you are jonesing for Korean. All of the food they prepare is not that convincing, but it can do the trick in a jam. Keep it simple and you'll be ok.

    There's better Korean food

Great place to eat if you've never had Korean food before, or if you're around the area and need to satisfy a Korean food craving immediately.

    I still like it

I've been eating at The Mills for about ten years now. Still, it's a good place to go. Nice people who work there, and luckily for me, somehow the food was never ever disappointing. I still like the place and would always go back for some yummy Kalbi and Al-Gi-Gae!

Hop the train and head to K-town

I tried it for the first and last time a few months ago. I was very disappointed with the food. We had the dol-sot-bi-bim-bop and the meat and veggies were under seasoned. The clay pot was too hot and burned everything. Service wasn't too bad and the atmosphere is charming (rustic Korean). This is a poor introduction to K food. Do you friends a favor and take them to K-town.

What Happened to the Portion Sizes?!?

Although they have revamped the menu (it's now in color), diners have had to pay for these new changes in the form of decreased portion sizes and an unwelcomed pile of greens in place of hardier portions of meat and rice. The dol sot bi bim bap is good and hearty (even with the greens) although it was better "back in the day". The little side dishes of kimchee, pickled "items" and sardines are tasty morsels of Korean cuisine. The Jae Yook Gui is very tasty. Not a bad choice for a dinner date considering the other restaurants near Columbia on the "Broadway Stretch".

    Food is good and cheap

It may not be the best, but the price sure is and you can eat well here for the neighborhood. Keep it simple (bip em bop) and you will have a good meal, recommended for lunch, and lo-cal also!
