Guilty pleasures
I have never ordered take-out so I cannot refute what others have written here, but I have eaten in several times and each time the staff and manager have gone out of their way to make sure everything was all right. I usually go when I need to kill time waiting for a movie, so that is the context of my review: The hamburgers are average, nothing great, but good enough for the price. The shakes are delicious. Service courteous and fast, and I love that 50s music.

Delivery from here is poor
I order from here waited 45 minutes for the food and half the food was barely cooked and they forgot the sides that were ordered. It was re-sent out again, and after 1hr and 10 minutes of waiting they actually forgot to send the sides again! I would not order from here ever again.

Not a good Johnny Rockets
The burger was bloody and soggy, the waitress said that's how it's suppose to look, and the other johnny rockets and west 8th street that is now closed sad to say had music and dancing ,

soggy mess
Today i decided to give this place another chance. Not a good choice! my first delivery was completely wrong and when i called they sent over the correct order but still wasnt good! Now this delivery was a complete disaster! the original burger dripping with sauce and the bun falling apart and the fries soggy after i specifically said well done. I couldnt even pick up the burger it was revolting looking!!! This is my first time ever writing a review on menu pages. I just had to let everyone know how the food is delievered. There are many places in the area to get a good burger. Ive learned my lesson and will never order from this place again!

Something for everybody
This Johnny rockets is different than the others because of its sports lounge and full bar. Good for parents and kids. I could watch a game while my kids watch nickelodeon on one of their many flat screen tv's. And ofcourse, their burgers and shakes are really good.

Great Place!
The staff is nice, the food is excellent and the lounge upstairs has a ton of TV's!!

where is my food
i never waited for some food this long ever... the longest was thirty minutes, but if i have to wait a hour and fifteen min. That jus shows me that i will never order from you guys again. I really hope i dont have to wait this long if i ever come in and sit down in your establishment
