Delicous!
I've passed the Loop many times in the past few years, and finally decided to stop in one night with some girl friends. The place is cute and isn't a traditional sushi place. The sushi is so good! It tastes fresh - I haven't gotten a "fishy" tasting roll yet. The big mac roll is my fave, but their regular rolls are great, too. We went on a Friday night at prime time, so the place was packed and service was a little slow, but it was understandable. I've gotten delivery many times since and they are pretty quick. Also, if you order over $20, you get a free soda or water (I appreciate that)

It's all about the special rolls!
This place is great. The fish is fresh, the service is good and the rolls are unique and tasty. Try the Big Mac...it's so good!

Everything is good
We tried a large amount of items on the menu and everything was delicious. My personal favorites were the yellowtail jalapeno and the tuna tacos. I highlly recommend. Atmosphere is cute and cozy

Just average for simple rolls and edamame... Although my wife did really like the spring rolls.

Excellent service, fresh ingredients.
Just had lunch there today and really love the atmosphere, the service and the food. We had lunch box of salmon teriyaki, the box was nicely and perfectly done using the freshest ingredient. In terms of price, it was very cheap, considered $8.50 and we get california roll, 2 generous size of salmon fillet, rice, salad, soup and spring rolls. Delish! The restaurant is very clean, the servers are very attentive and we didn't wait too long for our meal to be served. Overall, two thumbs up for this restaurant. Definitely would come back again. We highly recommend this restaurant.

Better than Nobu?
I've never been to Nobu, but my friend has, and she says the Loop is as good as Nobu, for a lot less money. I don't know, I just love it. I would never take the time to write a review, but I don't want this restaurant to close, so I want to encourage you to try it. They have all kinds of exotic combinations of flavors in their rolls. The rolls are large, and beautifully presented. The lunch special is great, 2 rolls and soup or salad (yum) for around 9 dollars. Please try them. We need this great Japanese restaurant to stay around a long time!
