Mediocre to Poor Lobster Rolls
This is what I don't get: You have the word "lobster" in the name of your store...then why, when you put together a lobster roll, do you do everything possible to drown the lobster flavor. A lobster roll here is like ordering a mayo sandwich with a little dollop of lobster. They need to learn that the lobster can stand on its own: either use only hot butter or a lot less mayo. At least it doesn't cost $30 like at Mary's Fish Camp though.

Lobster Bisque Soup
As part of the walking food tour of Chelsea Market (which I HIGHLY recommend and hopefully you will have Bob as your tour guide) we got to sample a soup from The Lobster Place. I had the Lobster Bisque. Absolutely...without a doubt...it is the best soup I have ever eaten. Luckily, for me, they will ship so I am definitely going to order some.

Superb!
Visited as part of the Foods of NY Tour of Chelsea & Meatpacking district. Had a hefty sample of the clam chowder and it was delish. So good, that we went back and had lunch there - lobster roll and crab club sandwich. Loved it!

Excellent Sushi!!
There sushi is so fresh and well priced. It is my favorite sushi in the village. I also love their curry shrimp rolls. Always a favorite spot to stop on the way home and pick up some dinner.

Sushi of NY
It is a take out, but in Chelsea market there are a lot of space to sit and enjoy very good selection of sushi, sashimi and other items. I go there for lunch at least once a week.
