We picked this place for a weekday evening b/c of their high rating by 15+ reviewers and we were not disappointed. Attentive service, decent non-tacky atmosphere, and best of all, good Moroccan authentic fare that was presented nicely. We had 4 different apps and 6 different entrees and each of us enjoyed. Dinner and apps for 6 was $155 + tip. Perhaps I would've preferred a Moroccan beer, but otherwise, this small place is worth a visit in our view. Note that we didn't try the hookah.

After searching for neighborhood spots with great atmosphere, near our East Harlem home, my boyfriend and I finally found Kiosk. We love it! The food is delicious, the owner is just great, and the place is so cozy. The value is wonderful, and Kiosk is everything you want in a local restaurant. Best food choices are: middle eastern platter, goat cheese arugula salad, garlic shrimp (soak up the delicious sauce with some pita), seafood cous cous, lamb kebab, and a lamb wrapped in puff pastry (can't think of the name). Great wine selection, plus amazing desserts. Everyone we've taken to this place has loved it, and my parents love it so much that they come down to the city from CT about once a month for dinner here.

I love mediterranean food because of the flavor. Sadly, the food I ordered had NO flavor. It was really disappointing. It wasn't very authentic. I will never order from here again.

Like many reviews mentioned, you feel like home in this place. It's cozy, the owner treats you like a regular (even if it was your first time), and they've got massive old hookahs for $15! Downtown it's $10 to $15 a person!! Was there with 4 people and we all shared---everything was awesome. Really unique, and lots of different textures. Lots of places make everything so it all tastes the same after a while--not this one--I highly recommend it! Great place to eat and chill.

This is one of the best restaurants en el barrio. The food is superb and always perfectly prepared. The service is perfect - without too much hovering. The setting is romantic and cozy. The owner is lovely and always makes you feel like a regular - even when you're not. It's one of the few places where you want to leave a hefty tip at the end of an excellent dinner.

Deceived by the unduly favorable reviews of the gastronomically incompetent, I made a mistake of ordering a $20 dinner in the Kiosk. The chicken is seriously undercooked, the "pita and vegetable" appetizer is topped with canned vegetables, and rice is just not good.
