    Phenomenal

The understated elegance, the relaxed yet gorgeous atmosphere, but most importantly, the fantastic food has put this restaurant up as one of my favorite dining experiences in the past five years in NYC.

    Great new Aussie place

I thought the restuarant was terrific! I had the pumpkin linguine which was fantastic & fresh green beans. Festive, cool atmosphere with Aussie accents in the background & flowing wine. I highly recommend this new restaurant and plan to go back often!

    new and very good

An heirloom tomato salad, rack of lamb, and plum crumble dessert with Australian Sharaz and an espresso provided a very good dinner. The service was friendly and helpful. This new village restaurant is still getting settled in but is definitely worth a visit.

    cheesed off

I guess that's why they created soft openings... very disappointed with the food and service. For $24 my steak should've arrived hot, at the very least. It was stone cold, along with the potatoes. Bland flavour, nothing special. Monkfish was warm (plus side), but overcooked and chewy. The rice, doused in salt then microwaved? Decided to save the $9 and skip dessert. Atmosphere way too loud with the music and everyone screaming to hear each other. Service confused at what was going on. Pros: attractive clientele and nice host- or was he a homeless guy with no razor?
