Details On The Clams And Oysters Offered Are Below. During Brunch We Also Offer A Bloody Mary, Mimosa Or Michelada.

Clams the clams are littlenecks from long island or wellfleet, massachusetts, depending on season. the wellfleet season just ended, so throughout the winter they will all be from long island.   
Oysters most evenings there will be a choice of east and west coast oysters. east coast: "genuine" bluepoints from the south bay of long island in fall, summer and spring. blue island oyster company - our restaurant's main oyster provider - are the only growers with access to the great south bay and that is the only place where "genuine" bluepoints grow. these oysters are medium in size, briny and even a touch sweet and plump. they are gorgeous, unlike many of the brittle, flat bluepoint imposters seen frequently in the city.
