Upside Down Pizza is Amazing
We've only ordered delivery, so can't speak for service or decor, but the food taste is fantastic. The upside down pizza is our hands down favorite, try it and fall in love.

Not the Same
I ate at the House of Pizza & Calzone before it changed hands a few years ago, and the pizza was much better, flavorful and distinctive. Now the pies are OK, but nothing special, and the redo on the decor has made is look like a lot of other places. It's lost the personality it had. A sad loss.

Real Brooklyn Italian, Incredible Pizza
I can't recommend this place highly enough the guys are really friendly, and the pizza is amazingly fresh and delicious. The marinara sauce tastes like my grandmother herself is ladling it out onto the pizza's, and they use unbelievably high quality cheese, meat, and vegetables in all their dishes. I would eat here four times a week if I could.

Not good
This pizza was very subpar. I don't know what these other reviews are talking about. The pizza arrived fast, but it was overcooked, tough, and barely had any cheese or sauce. I was very disappointed especially with the rave reviews.

I MISS IT!!!!!!!
When i was a child in brooklyn, union st was a fridaynight tradition. calzones, zepoles, and large pies, maybe some rice balls. when i moved to PA ten years ago, i used to go back to bk just to eat, the diversity in central pa is lacking. but i've recently dreaming of the house of pizza and i miss it!!!!

Superb pizza but takes ca. 1 hour
This pizza is one of the best I have had, but on Friday nights order at least an hour ahead of when you intend to eat. No... its not that service is slow its that even with over 5 delivery guys they have so many pizzas to deliver that it takes an hour. Let me just say this.... it means they are really good. Try their " Melanzane" Pie or Grandma Pie both are to die for!

Delicate and Crispy Pizza. Outstanding
I have been looking far and wide for some great pizza in my neighbourhood and I have finally found it. Most pizza's I have had here in Cobble Hill are either too crispy, too soggy or have way too much topping on it. The pizzeria's grandma pizza is just superb. The crust is delicate and tasty. The topping are a beautifully seasoned tomato sauce with basil and mozzarella. Simple but how pizza should be. Order the pizza with fresh mozzarella or with regular cheese. I have to say the fresh mozzarella is worth the extra couple of bucks! Delicious.
