Surprisingly awesome!
Opted to join friends for dinner and drinks, and they picked this place. Started with drinks at the bar, the bartender was awesome! Ice cold Corona's, and tequila shot was an excellent beginning. Moved to a booth and had the wings, both reg and bbq, nachos w/chili, skirt steak and a Caesar salad. Rarely do I lick my fingers but this was pretty darn good! Coupled with the attentive service, I was glad I stopped in! Definetely will be back!

Good Food & Lots of Fun
I went to the HogPit recently with friends & we all really enjoyed our food (the ribs are delish). Plus the atmosphere was great... everybody was super nice (other patrons & the staff) and we all had a great hanging out. I will definitely be back

Poor Service
Forget the food, this place has some of the poorest service I've ever experienced! The placed seemed pretty crowded but the waitress said it wasn't too busy. Despite that we were ignored almost all night. After finally getting our food it came out partly wrong. Both waitresses came up to us at different times and apologized for the service- they each said that the other girl was new... not sure how often they use that excuse, but I doubt either of them were new, they're just incompetent. One girl offered us free drinks to make up for it, but then never came back to take the order! It took well over an hour to sit down and get our food, and when we asked for the check it took another 20 minutes just to get that! I wanted to walk out, but my friends wouldn't do it- I guess they're better people than I am. I've waited tables at several restaurants, even one in New York City, and I would have been fired for being this bad at my job. I don't know how this place gets anyone to return.

Not real smoke flavor
Meats tasted boiled and then slathered with syrupy sauce. No real smoke flavor or anything resembling genuine bbq to be found. Six dollars for a domestic bottle.

Yuck
I came here with friends expecting it to be at least half as good as my favorite city BBQ places and it was shockingly awful. The mac and cheese had a horrible consistency and absolutely no taste and the salad was soggy.... We all ended up eating some french fries off of one of the girls' plates, the only edible food on the table. What a waste of money! We had to eat again afterwards. That just isn't in my budget, so if it is not in yours either I suggest running, not walking, past this place!

stay away
server did not bring drinks for 20 minutes after being reminded twice. she forgot to bring the appetizer. brisket was fatty, baked beans were scaldingly hot and mac & cheese had no taste.
