Hide! from the hideaway
Hide from the hideaway!! Was drawn into the hideaway by their sign for fresh blue crabs with a table of 4. First ordered their peel and eat shrimp. Was surprised that for an order valued at $27 it only had 8 shrimp. Our group ordered burgers and jumbo blue crabs for dinner. The crabs were a little pricy @ $35 for 3 jumbo crabs- but don't mind the price if they know how to cook them. The crabs must have been sitting for several hours under a heat lamp because they were all dry. The claws were so dry you couldnt get the meat out. We told the waitress that we were unhappy with the crabs and then she got crabby!

Ok
I have a soft spot for places that start with "The" and try to check them all out as they are usually trendy and cool. This place was pretty weak. Too many other cooler "The" places.

Crab night is the best!
Went her for Monday crab night and had an amazing experience. Wait was long but well worth it. Crabs were yummy and so were the cocktails (strawberry lemonade was the special cocktail of the evening). Sat at the bar to eat and service was fantastic. We also really enjoyed the music they were playing! Will most definitely be back!

Awesome Place!!
I went here on a whim because it looked low key from outside and it absolutely was. Great food, awesome friendly cook, great service, and fantastic wine [select]ion. Great place to take a date for a low key night where you wont be sitting on someone else's lap and can hear your conversation. Highly recommended!! And for a quick snack get the grilled cheese, it's to die for!!!

Great Neighborhood Spot
Went last night for dinner/drinks on a date. The wine selection can't be beat and the specials were so good. The grilled cheese (with brie and cheddar) is unbelieveable and only 9 dollars. Roast chicken is great too, as are the salads. Anyway the atmosphere is so laid-back - not uppity at all. Highly recommend!!

Awesome Place!
A great place to have a drink and a snack. Cool, chic atmosphere; great pours; friendly bar tenders. I'll definitely be back! The chef is wonderful, as are each of the people behind the bar.

This place is great. The food is excellent and the atmosphere is cozy but chic. I will definitely make it one of my go-to spots.
