    What a treat,!

I always have a great time when I eat at the Diner. Recently my whole family went there for brunch. Our 5 year old and 9 year old came along. Usually the younger one is very fussy but she loved the food and really ate very well.. The adults loved the bagel and smoked salmon , the omelets and salads. Of course the highlight for the children were the ice cream sodas. Try this place with your kids...the staff is really great with children

The food has gone down hill

When The Diner first opened I frequented quite often, enjoying the food, atmoshpere etc. The fried chicken was fab and it was their signature entree. The chicken paillard was also very good of which they discontinued. The chopped salad which was served as a side dish and main disn as well was wonderful. I just went back with 3 friends after months of not being there. The fired chicken tasted frozen, the chopped salad was iceberg with chicken (additional 4.00) that was cubed up so small it made no difference that it was in there, the fajita came on a sizzling plate that splattered all over my friends white shirt and was not great. The only thing I can say that good was the service. They definitely got a new chef and they need to bring back the original person. Our waitress was the only bright spot of the whole evening! Very sorry to say we will never go back and I have never gone out of my way to write a review before.

    It keeps getting better

I eat at The Diner about twice a month. Each time I go there i I find that the food keeps getting better and better. Last night I went there with a group of friends and all of us loved it. We had the cutest waiter who was so friendly and helpful. I had the salmon, afriend had the meat loaf, she said it was even better than her mother's. The other people had the burgers which they say are the best in the district!

    Love this place

I eat here several times a week after work and always have such a great time here. I love the fried chicken and the burgers. The staff is always so helpful and friendly. They really made this place look like an old Jerse Diner. I highly recommend it
