Healthy homemade specialties
Great soups nonfat,dairy free and vegetarian. Sushi is fresh and homemade, too. I like their new setup. Friendly staff. A lot of original and heallthy foods that you won't find anywhere else. Once you try it you will become a regular like me.

Not recommended
It's just a standard coffee/sandwich/muffin place...the vibe here is a little wierd...and their bagels are pretty low-class...this place kind of has a otherworldy feel, and not in a good way.

Eat here
I would recommend smoked turkey with brie & sun dried tomatoes. It's more of a food court. Don't really have to wait for food. There are ready made sandwiches only $3.95.

Fresh All The Way
It gets very busy in the morning, but the staff are nice and work fast. Everything tastes good, and they have a lot of other interesting items on their menu. But what I love most is that they have the freshest, softest bagels that I've ever eaten. They are fresh each morning, not like the stale ones you get from the carts outside.
