Entering The Cottage, (which it looks nothing like) is rather deceiving... clean, comfortable looking chairs, friendly help, nice waitress, then.....BOOM....the food arrived...the spareribs...extremely GREASY, and as we tried to chew a piece off, it was like biting into into a pair of Florsheim Shoes!!...Then we had this chicken and vegetable concoction that tasted like they used flour in the sauce and forgot to stir it correctly, on top of it being so salty they could have used it to melt ice on the street, and the green pepper tasted somewhat similar to what a sponge in soapy water is like...

The receptionist was the last smile I saw after entering this place, everyone else that worked there looked either grumpy or disinterested in serving you. If it weren't for the decent food and roomy, high ceiling space, the waiters would have me turned me off completely.

I live up the street from them and the food is literally here in 5 minutes. It's just as fast as heating something in the microwave, and better!

Peeking in from the outside, you would think that this is a high end Chinese restaurant because of the spacious interior, tall ceilings and classy decor. However it turns out to be a very reasonably priced restaurant that serves delicious food. The food is not oily like most Chinese take out places and the ambiance is great for long conversations. This is turning out to be my favourite Chinese restaurant!

We found this on menupages last night and ordered at 11:15. Even thought hey were getting ready to close, the guy on the phone made recommendations - and hefty portions of food were at our door in 20 minutes. The corn and chicken soup was great - and so was the special, the chestnut chicken. We will defintely order again.

I used to order form this place all the time. I don't know if they chagned their chef recently or what but their food has sucked as of late. Food has come cold, somtimes half frozen spring rolls, chicken stringy. They are fast, but fast does not compensate for tatse. I wish they would stop what they are doing now and go back to what they were doing a month ago.
