    The best

This is gourmet for the grab 'n go. I used to eat here all the time when I worked in the Flatiron area. The prices are reasonable as long as you watch what you put on your plate--you are paying by the pound. All the food here is terrific. Seriously, I have not had one bad item. And, I've even tried things there that I don't normally like and those turned out great, too. The pretzel croissant, cookies and cold hot chocolate are not to be missed.

    Massive eye roll

Yes, the pretzel croissants are great. The brussel sprouts of all things are also terrific, as are the mac/cheese and cornmeal fish. BUT that is where it ends. The rest of the food (esp grilled stuff) gets really icky sitting out there so long, yet it's a zillion dollars a pound. Their other pastries - eh. Go to Billy's. What is the worst is their service. After getting my lunch boxed and ready to pay (it was well over $15), I asked her for a sleeve or extra cup for my Starbucks coffee that I'd carried in. I would not have even thought of asking had I not been purchasing anything. But I was. She said no...she said I could have all the napkins I wanted, but no CB cup. Are you kidding. Bad service and business - turning down free advertising. So I left all my food on the scale for them to take care of. Pretty entitled place.

Sinfully Rich & Divine Hot Chocolate

My girlfriend and I went during the hot chocolate festival and tried the cinnamon hot chocolate. That was so divine was just enough cinnamon that it dd not overpower the sinful chocolate. We also enjoyed the nut tart which was chock full of nuts enrobed in a sugar crust and a nice tart crust. The hot chocolate cannot be duplicated anywhere else. A must if you are in the neighborhood.

    Pretzel Croissant !!!

Before all else have their signature pastry, the pretzel croissant. Then try the Cold Hot Chocolate (no kidding), the oversized cookies, the homemade marshmallows, and after that ..... well whatever you can fit after all that will be good as well. It's not all sweets, but it's all sweets to me. Mark this one on your list of sure things. One caution - they're not open late.
