Although I love The Chocolate Room's cocoa powder, I'm giving this review 3 stars because I find the packaging to be deceptive. The cocoa powder is packaged inside a plastic bag, and the plastic bag is put into a tin can. The extra layer of plastic adds pockets of air, and wasted space. Moreover, the cocoa powder sticks to the plastic, and I prefer to use all of my cocoa. Yes, I dislike throwing out the residue with the plastic bag, which ultimately goes to a landfill. That being said, I've been buying Jacque Torres' cocoa powder because it goes directly into the tin can. Although I prefer the taste and texture of The Chocolate Room's cocoa powder, I want more cocoa in my can - I can use fewer cans - and I value leaving less trash for the next generation. Because I dislike the packaging, I deducted 2 stars from my review.

Stop looking for dessert places and come in here. Try everything on the menu once, we are yet to be disappointed.

Came here on a Monday afternoon and it was fairly busy. Very cozy atmosphere with the little tables. The staff was very nice. Although I did wish that their service would've been faster. The chocolate cake and chicolate cupcake were superb. They were light and airy. The frosting was melt in your mouth chocolatey.

I had the chocolate molten cake, OMG it was fabulous. I wanted to lick the plate it was so good. Everyone liked what they had, we will definitely go back.

really, you should try there seasonal iced hot coco! it's delicious! pretty good, but expensive! still, you should try this place out!
