The Castello Plan

My gf and I love this restaurant and go when it's a special treat. The only complaint is that the portions are too small, and they aren't really...we're just fat and really enjoy the food. The wines are also incredible and the service is top notch. My fav. dish is their homemade gnocci. I would suggest going for dinner, as that's the only time we've gone (noticed someone didn't have a good brunch). Best restaurant in the area next to The Farm.

I have loved this place from my very first meal there. Their menu is always changing to include seasonal ingredients, which I greatly appreciate in a restaurant. They have a wonderful wine selection, and let you try as much as you want before you make up your mind. Open late, happy hour, live music, and a patio. This little place is a breath of fresh air in the neighborhood.

I hate to disagree with the previous reviewer, especially since I really wanted to love this place but Brunch was just not good. The atmosphere is wonderful, cozy, warm and inviting but that's as good as it gets. We waited forever for our food to come and even witnessed a couple who came in about 20 minutes after us get there meals first. When our frittata's finally came they were almost completely lacking of any of the ingredients and all 3 of them were a little burnt in the middle. To top that off the large french press that we were so excited about had some of the weakest coffee I've ever had in my life. As a wine bar this may be a great place, but as far as brunch goes I could have had a better meal at a fast food chain

So happy to have this new restaurant in the neighborhood. The little patio is perfect for Sunday brunch on a nice day, and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly and professional. The frittata with sausage and fontina is divine, and coffee is served in a French press. Delicious!
