We wend on 24th July 2010. Overall the food was good, good propotion, good taste. However, the waiter was below standard. He took our bread after it was placed on our table less then 5 mins and before we touched. He just came and said "You don't want the bread, I will take it ...." The worst is the total bill was $158.96 since I did not like the service, I put $175 as total (a good 10% tips for bad service). But when I got my card statement, the total was altered to $188.96.... This is absoutly unacceptable!

A friend and I went for a long lunch on a recent snowy day. We were treated to the calamari as an appetizer...hands down, some of the best calamari I have ever had. Next up was the chopped salad with shrimp...again delicious! We split the sirloin and again, it was one of the better steaks I've had in the city. Top it off with lobster mac and cheese, parmesean truffle fries, creamed spinach and the friendliest waiter in town and we will most definitely be back again! The staff is very attentive and management is very responsive to customer needs as well. All in all a great experience.

The bar scene is great. I met my fiance there while he was waiting on a table for dinner. The food is always excellent. Love the veal chop with roquefort butter is so delicious as is the onion soup & the wedge salad. I could sit & eat the entire basket of bread too! I would recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Handsome setting, lots of dark wood. Friendly, attentive service. However, the food is mediocre and really expensive: steak is tender but flavorless; chocolate cake is dry; creamed spinach is okay, nothing special; onion soup is salty but has lots of cheese. But the portions are really big, as they should be given the prices. Find somewhere else to spend your money.

Undoubtedly one of the finest dining experiences we've ever had. Art Deco interior, a quiet and refined dining space with the most congenial service from the hostess and waiters to the management and head chef. Very attentive staff ,not overbearing providing an excellent dining experience in every respect. Food quality met our high expectations and sufficient choice for every appetite. The 'Grille' is a keeper -- don't miss it!
