yep a bad deal
i had a similar experience the other day .i ordered a plain ham and cheese on roll and they tried to charge me 9.75 plus tax.i asked again and the server repeated the price. i thought it was a mistake and told the server if it was right she said yes.i told her that i didnt thik i'd ever pay that much for a simple sandwich.needless to say they lost another customer.

Great menu depth
This is a great location for an area of town that has lost a lot of small eateries. Their sandwiches and pastries are very good, the coffee is okay and the service is quick and friendly. They offer some unique pastries that I have never seen before.

Rip off!
I ordered smoked salmon and cream cheese on a bagel. It came out to $10.78! I came back to work and checked online. The listed price said $7.95. They tried to assert that $10.78 was the right price. Way too overpriced. I used to go there a lot before for other items but they just lost a customer.

great last night eats
Sometimes i'll oder breakfast sandwiches here for delivery but the best is their salads, chicken parm sandwich that comes with chips, and their vegetable lasagna. They also have amazing desserts, love the cupcakes and cookies are big and to die for!!!

24 Hour Delivery!!
Never eaten in the actual store before, but with 24-hour delivery being offered, what more can ya ask for? I got a quite decent chicken sandwich at 3am, really great sweet potato fries, and potato chips on the side for free! When it comes to getting food at all hours, I expected much less. The guy on the phone was cordial and cool, the delivery was fast, and the food yummy and fillin'.

Overpriced
After reading the reviews, I decided I would try a salad here. Yes, the overall taste of the salad was decent but the service was not good. There is NO price list for the ingredients. I normally pay about $7 for the same ingredients I get anywhere else but for this salad I spent $11.75! I won't make that mistake again.

Delicious Food!
Great place to eat. Sit down to a great view of both eighth avenue and twenty-third street while sipping on a cup of their fresh coffee and sinking your mounth into one of their delicious pastries.
