Great neighborhood place: relaxing
Never had problem w. service here, I just love being able to sit on the sidewalk under an umbrella with my friends and drink a nice affordable good glass of wine and have some very tasty tapas. This place makes me happy cause its down the block from whre I live. You can gaze down on the Empire State and there's good people watching too. Laid back and nice. LIKE :)

Straight up...if you are a not a regular that hangs at the bar...you will not be served in a timely manner...and when you are noticed such that you may place your order... the indifference of the serving staff makes it hard to reach in your pocket and leave a tip. While the decor is charming there is no replacement for valuing your customer. I have been 2 times to visit with the same poor quality of service. Thought the first time may have been an off evening but when occurring a second time it merits a 'rate and review'.

Great new neighborhood spot!
Definitely worth visiting. Really nice to have something like it in the neighborhood. Staf is friendly and knowledgeable, prices are very reasonable, and they have a small, but nice, menu of snacks and sandwiches.
