    I love this place

Reminds me of simple but delicious meals I enjoyed in Mexico not fancy but very good generous meals. Friendly staff and quick service. They also deliver. Highly recommend the specials.

    Not recommended

Positive: Service was great Negative: This was the most disappointing mexican food I ever had. Had no taste and it seemed like a Fast food restaurant. Value isnt that great. I will never eat here again.

The most delectable, divine Sonoran Mexican Cuisine!

Everything on the menu is mouthwatering..... Just like Grandma's kitchen... You can taste the love that is put into it... The perfect amount of flavor in every dish. Mole poblano is a an aromatic dish if you are a chili and chocolate lover to the stuffed peppers... Truly like eating from the movie "Like Water for Chocolate." Allow your palette to fall in love here <3

Great little place for a Mexican bite

I came across this restaurant when the need arose to find something a carnivore (me) and a vegetarian (my lunch companion) would both like. The soups are fantastic. The service is great. The tamales and fajitas are good but the enchilladas are the thing you can keep coming back to enjoy again and again. I have been there for lunch on four occasions. It is always a great experience.

    Below-mediocre

Very poor quality, and absolutely mediocre preparation. I ordered the chicken fajitas. They were actually terrible. I'm truly surprised at the low quality given all the mexican places there are to eat these days. Their salsa was downright bad. Service nice though.

Not what I expected, turkey tacos?

My husband had been raving about this place and decided to take me there for a lunch date. I was really excited after reading some reviews and the general thumbs up from my hubby (he would know, he's a foodie). The place is what you'd expect it to look like from a totally legit Mexican food spot. We were greeted by friendly staff and they are super fast and really attentive. They have a good Mexican Beer selection. The torilla chips were OK. They weren't warm, but I can deal. The salsa was so/so, but at least it tasted homemade. I ordered the chicken tacos without cheese,( I know, I know), but I am trying to watch my figure! The dish is a good deal with a fresh side salad and rice, which looked dry and I didn't bother. Onto the tacos...I put started to chomp into it and it just didn't have that WOW I was looking for. It was really soggy and bland tasting, not to mention that it tasted gamey. I really don't like the taste of turkey for that reason. I didn't bother with the other two tacos after that one. I was turned off by the taste. I had my husband try the meat, to make sure I wasn't crazy and he said "this is turkey!" Ah-ha! Was I eating turkey instead of chicken? He wanted me to complain, but that just isn't my style. They were so friendly, I didn't want to bother them with my complaints. I'll give them one more chance, maybe next time I'll try something fried with cheese to mask the turkey flavor if they aren't using chicken...

    the beef fajita

Purchased the this fajita to go and was very disappointed. The beef was grey looking and lacked any grill look or flavor. Even more disappointing was that the beef was very chewy. Felt like I was swallowing chunks of beef. Overall the dish was very dry and unpleasing. Don't know if the dish just didn't travel well, or if this is how it always is. I'm gonna give them another chance and try a burrito next time, based on the other positive reviews.
