Amazing friggen bagles
i go there all the time. the bagels are amazing but its a bit tight on space. love them though.

Don't ask for a delivery
It's taken an hour for a few bagels and cream cheese and we are only a 5 minute walk away from them.

best in the neighborhood!
Ok, so in my humble non native NYer opinion, Id say these are the BEST bagels in Willyburg. Amazing bagels, huge iced coffees, and a kinda roughneck Brooklyn feel that i freaking LOVE. this place gets super packed, but these people are pros, and just make sure you step up to the counter when its ur turn, or else you WILL get yelled at by people behind you waiting in the humongous line. The staff have attitude, but i love it, and think its hillarious. I always end up chatting to them when im in there. the dudes in there can be a bit flirty, but its harmless..anyways, there is a reason the line is so long at this place..best bagels in willy b go there!! French toast bagel with cinnamon walnut cream cheese toasted = heaven. also good is the whole wheat everything bagel.

Not the best service on Bedford Avenue
Their bagels are standard, not the best ever, but there is only bagel store around there, that's the reason that they have crowd in the morning. To be honest with you, there service is the worst. They forgot my order and never say "Sorry". The last time, when I complain about that. Do you know what did they say to me. Also, my friends who live around me tells same thing. I am so wondering i f the owner knows his/her employees are doing this weird and poor service.

Perfect for what it is.
This is a local bagel/coffee place for those in the area who like to wake up before their significant others and walk around the block on a Saturday or Sunday morning. The place is always fill, even on weekdays, yet there's never a wait. It feels very old school brooklyn from the atmosphere to the staff. It's nice to have a local and affordable place where the people are local and the staff is very friendly. Compared to the new trendy stuff moving into Williamsburg with overpriced vintage and vegan food galore, it's really nice to just have a local place to make the area more neighborhood like, and less tourist/trendy feeling.

Poor service
consistently poor service. every time i go here (which is not very often anymore since it is always a frustrating experience) they mess up my order, forget my order, or some such nonsense. really, it shouldn't be this complicated to get a bagel from the order counter to the cashier, but i haven't been here once where they didn't have a problem.
