Disappointing
Only ordered from these guys because my phone was dead, so I had to order online. I've lived in New York my whole life, and I'd be hard pressed to find unappetizing pizza.

Very disappointing!
I have been living in Washington Heights for the past 6 1/2 years, and have dealt with some bad businesses, and this is one of them. My friend and I ordered the chicken parmesan w/baked ziti and the meatball sub, respectively. The meatball sub was ok, just a little burned on the edges. I could deal with that. However, the chicken on the ziti was either freezer-burned or just old. Both of us tasted it, and came to the same conclusion, so we decided to call back and notify the restaurant. My friend was very cordial and told the person on the other end of the line that she didn't want anything free in return, nor did she want to create a hassle, but simply wanted to let him know about the bad-tasting chicken. The employee proceeded to argue with her that he didn't know what was wrong with her, but the food was just fine. He maintained that he had sold many other chicken parms that day, and no one else had complained. He became rather belligerent then, and my friend ended the conversation. Whatever happened to "The customer is always right"? I don't care how many of something you say you sold, you don't gain business by telling a paying consumer that she is wrong- and having a defensive, nasty attitude to boot! The food is standard "faux-Italian", as is found in the Heights-- and the customer service is horendous. The best thing about this place was the relatively quick delivery.

The Best Pizza in NYC
I have been going to this pizza shop for years and I can honestly recommend it. You haven't had the best pizza if you haven't tried theirs. Their calzones, rolls, pasta dishes and their pizzas are remarkable. Go and try it yourself.

Best Pizza Outside of Brooklyn!
Hey: We all know that Brooklyn is the King of Pizza! However, there's this little shop located in the Heights called "That's Amore!" In my opinion, the pizza is the best I have ever had. Other people may like the garbage like Dominoes or Pappa John's but if you want "real" pizza, you have to try That's Amore! Best Pizza outside of Brooklyn NY!

Broccoli Pizza
The pizza itself was pretty mediocre, but good enough. There wasn't enough sauce, but the broccoli on the pizza was really fresh and still kind of crunchy.

Canned mushrooms-ick!
This just wasn't very good pizza. I ordered a mushroom and fresh tomato pizza and they used CANNED mushrooms - ick! Rubbery, cold and brown. The pizza itself was just O.K., nothing special and I've certainly had better elsewhere. Chicken wings were decent but again I've had as good or better elsewhere. Not bothering with this place again.
