    Poor Service

    The service was poor the food just ok. The hostess never cracked a smile. They sat 4 of us at a 2x2 table we had to put our food by the window because it would not fit on the table. I will not be going back anytime soon.

    Loved it!

    We went here on a whim and were pleasantly surprised. Like most of the restaurants in the area, it's a bit overpriced, but the food is excellent. I had the Mushroom Duxelle Ravioli, which I would definitely order again. We didn't have any problems with our food, and we found the wait staff to be pleasant. The decor was a little trendy for my taste, but I look forward to going back.

    Attitude

    I have never been to a restaurant where the management has such a poor attitude. I was unhappy with a dish I ordered...it was over cooked. The waiter was not able to request a new piece of meat for me so I asked to speak to the manager who insisted ther was nothing wrong with my meat and refused to bring me something else. Generally the food is very good here but this time it failed. I will not return here again.

    I can't wait to go back!

    Best burgers of the city! Herbed fries are wonderful and meat is so tasty and tender... Bacon is outstanding! You can't be disappointed! I have been there maybe more than 10 times and food is constantly very good! This is not an expensive place and meals are really big! Enjoy!

    Skimpy portion

    I had lunch today and ordered the Scallops as my main dish. The platter arrived with 2 SMALL scallops and a small amount of vegetables. When I complained to the waiter about the size of the portion he said he would talk to the chef but nothing happened. When I left I told the manager how unhappy I was his comment was "you were lucky today, if the scallops are running large we would have served only one". He did not care that I would not return here in the future.

    Great Value for Midtown Manhatten

    This has got to be the best tasting, most "joy full" food we've ever eaten. The service staff was very attentive, but not overly so. The dinner environment was a bit too lively for our taste but certainly not intrusive. The executive chef happened to be tending the table next to us and we found him to be delightfully exuberant! All in all a perfect meal!

    Good food, Poor service

    I came here for dinner with my boyfriend and we had the duck and the scallop dishes, which were very good (duck was better IMO). The sangria is good, very strong. The tiramisu dessert and the chocolate desserts were amazing, and the atmosphere was really nice. However, the waitresses there aren't prompt, and we were completely ignored after we got our drinks basically. And finally we flagged her down 30 minutes after we finished dessert, so we wouldn't miss our train. For such a nice place, we were amazed at such inattentive service.
