ive never been here for dinner so i dont know how the menu looks like but for lunch they have a lunch special which either costs 6.95 or 7.95 depending on which meat yu have. seafood costs $1 more (7.95). the value is great for the area espcially since all the business people go here for lunch. it can get pretty crowded around 12:30-1:30 but usually they have room to seat you in the back. its a relaxing place that comes really fast with the food. i love the tom yum soup and the shumai for appetizers(included in the lucnh special). this is one of the best thai places ive been to yet. the spicy noodles with beef or chicken is a great choice during lunch as well. the waitstaff is always friendly unless u happened to walk in when they werent looking. elsewise this a great place for lunch, im not sure about dinner. i am a student at baruch around the corner and they usually dont care whether you are a student or a corporate employee. u get the same type of treatment bc they dont discriminate.

I usually order at thainy about 4 times a week. I have ordered The Green curry a lot of time. It was so delicious. It was usually a fast delivery except that weekend went slow. Anyway, I still keep order from here.

Fast delivery! Delicious and plenty! The lady on the phone was very nice and so was the delivery person. I've also eaten at the restaurant and it was very nice all around, food and service. Thanks ThaiNY!

We had such a cozy dinner at THAINY last week. The abundance was so memorable experience. The good was great. We had a real good time. They had a nice selection and creative menu. Excellence food and service. Thanks. The music was just too loud.

This place belongs in Times Square. Not only is the food overpriced and tasteless but the service is non-existent. Go next door for a real Thai experience.

I came here to visit my friend in NY 2 months ago. It was Tuesday night that he took me to this Thai restaurant, it was a first impression, the service was excellent. My waitress was a tiny lovely girl, she recommended me a fish dish which tasted really great. It was sweet and sour sauce over a fried fish. The dish looked so amazing, I wanna give the credit to the one who decorated this dish. My friend ordered Green Curry, he said it was really good also. That day we also ordered the wrong dish, but the runner guy changed it to the new one that I wanted right away without any problem. He was really nice and friendly. It was just last Friday that I came to this restaurant again, hoping to get a great service and a good looking dish like last time. But what happened to me was poor service, only good thing here was just the taste of the food. What was going on with all the great service here? This is going to be the last time I eat here. So I think if you like a modern Thai style restaurant with a great food (if you don't really care much about how good the service is), I recommend you to come here.

The setting looks great with the dimmed lights, funky interior and hed kandi type soundtrack but quickly feels fake and cold. The food is below par without a doubt. The tom yum soup was bland, the thai salad was just your standard salad (mostly iceberg lettuce) and the "thai" ingredient was some nasty peanut sauce. The pad thai tasted greasy and my panang curry was very average. In addition to this the portions were quite small this may not have been a bad thing though. Overall this restaurant feels like something opened by someone who wanted to open a hip thai restaurant without putting much care into the quality and authenticity of the food they serve. For those who disagree please order the thai salad and tell me why that is a thai salad.
