Ordered the Phad Thai and Yellow Curry and was not very impressed. The food had very little flavor and seemed to go for quantity over quality. Would not order from here again.

A few weeks prior to my arrival at ThaiNY the company I work for had a catered event in which they used ThaiNy's services. The food was absolutely fabulous. As a result, in the following weeks I decided that I would have this great food for lunch. However to my dismay the food I received was not good. I ordered chicken Padthai and before I could savor my meal it in my mouth I was taken back by the stench of raw eggs. I couldn't eat it. I paid for it out of respect and walked out immediately. I ended up o a local pizza shop and had a 100% better experience.

Who was the person designed This beautiful Thai restaurant? It has a touch out modern look and great imagination. I went to try out the food yesterday with my friends. The food was a real nice. I love the decor very much. It is a very impressive works.

Great atmosphere. Thai restaurant actually owned and operated by Thai people - so it's the real deal. Fair if not great prices. This Thai restaurant was opened in the mold of the Spice chain, which is a compliment. Fast service, hip decor, good food, good price, real Thai people. I highly recommend it, and finally a decent Thai place is in the hood.

I must admit, I was drawn to this place purely by the decor, but the food turned out to be really good. I've been to Thailand multiple times, so I'm picky about my Thai food. Very reasonably priced too. We ordered the spciy noodles and a whole fried fish to share between two people, and it was plenty of food. The noodles were excellent - fresh and not too oily. The fish was cooked well too, and not too many places do a whole fried fish so this automatically won me over. Great addition to the area!

I ordered for delivery tonight. Staff was courteous over the phone. Delivery service was very prompt. The spicy noodles (pad kee mow) was still steaming when it got to the door. Pad kee mow is my favorite and is usually the first thing I'll order when I try out a new Thai restaurant. Thainy's is probably better than most places. Also ordered the peanut curry, very good flavor, but the beef in the curry is a little overcooked. The fried bananas with honey is good too. Outside very crispy, with the honey is right amount of sweetness. Prices are average for a Thai restaurant. Will definitely order from here again.

Unlike the other establishments that offer some dingy soup or salad to go with their lunch, ThaiNY will give you crab dumplings or fish cakes. And, $6.95 for lunch is not too shabby. Plus, ThaiNY is less greasy.
