I recently ordered from Thai Season because one of their delivery guys put a menu under my door. Being Half Thai... I have been looking for a great Thai Place in the city. 2 days ago I ordered Chicken Fried Rice Spicy with Cilantro... while the order was delivered hot and fresh... there was no cilantro nor was it spicy at all.. So today I ordered again hoping for a better experience... 2 hours later still waiting with several calls in to find out the delivery guy didn't have his cell phone on him, didn't know where my address was. I went looking for him through my building and he was nowhere to be found. Called back and they put the manager on the phone who said he went back to the restaurant and they were sending another person... I told them that it has been over 2 hours at this point and that was done with them... forget the order! So disappointed! won't make this mistake again, menu is now officially in the trash!

Most of the reviews are very good. I even ordered in 2 years ago and was pleased. This was my 1st time eating at this place and they forgot 1 dish. When the dish finally arrived it was not spicy but rather it was completely salty. It was a nice amount of food but all I tasted was the salt or sodium. They were not apologetic whatsoever. The summer spring roll was bland and simply had shredded iceberg lettuce as the filling no jicama whatsoever as described on the menu. Hours later I am still thirsty. Nice outdoor space, good prices but I would not go back. Much better Thai choices lower in the 80s on the UWS.

i ordered Pad Siew for delivery. It tasted amazing but the service was not good. The delivery man practically refused to bring the food to the apartment and wanted me to meet him on the street. When he finally came up he yelled calling me "crazy" complaining that he had to ring the bell...umm did someone fail to explain what a delivery man is to him? He was rude and aggressive-- if you get food here pick it up, or you might be next!

I got Drunken Noodles with Chicken delivered to my house. Upon opening it and stirring the food around i come to realize there are in fact no noodles. So immediately I called the restaurant to explain the issue. And after being on hold on and off for 20 minutes i was basically told there were noodles in the dish although i checked several times mixed everything up, only to find more chicken and vegetables. Needless to say I wont be ordering from here again. Not even a single noodle in my dish.

My husband and I just happend to walk by and wanted some lobster. They had a great chinese style lobster that's cooked in black bean sauce. We also had some of the sushi which was really fresh. We didn't try the thai food but saw many other people order it. The staff was really attentive but had a little trouble spaking english. Overall it was great and I would go back.

We order in from this place up to 3 times a week. The sushi is always fresh, and the entrees are delicious. The delivery is usually pretty quick. They can sometimes get the order wrong so I recommend that you have the person taking the order repeat it before you hang up. The restaurant is usually pretty empty, but hey, its nice being able to find one in nyc that is all to yourself. I definitely recommend the sushi and entrees like: sesame chicken, chicken with broccoli, mushu beef etc. enjoy, because its not easy to find tasty, cheap delivery food like this on the UWS.
