Best crispy duck in the world!
Every year I'm comming back to NYC. and every time I'm dreaming about crispy duck. Simply it's the best!!!

Good Food, Good People
Thai 101 serves good food at an affordable price. The owner is always friendly and respectful to me. I have never had a negative experience at this restaurant. It's a benefit to the neighborhood to have this restaurant.

not good
I'm not hard to please when it comes to Thai food, but I was very disappointed with this place. Based on other reveiws, I wasn't expecting good atmosphere or service, but the service was poor enough to cause problems. Like no beverages or water before the 1st dish came out 20 minutes after ordering. All would have been forgiven with decent food, but it was well below average for thai food in this price range, especially the papaya salad and crispy duck.

The best quality-for-price food around!
The food is always satisfyingly large, and incredibly scrumptious. I order from Thai 101 at least once a week, and regard it as my number one takeout option!

rude
Whenever I call for delivery, the guy over the phone speaks too low to decipher what he's actually saying. He mumbles everything, doesn't say thank you after you've placed the order, he just hangs up. Rude service! Too bad the service doesn't match the great food.

Order your food while you eat your lunch if you want to see it by dinner time.
