I have been a loyal customer of Thai 101 for the past few years. But as of lately I have become unpleased with their preformance. I ordered CHICKEN karee fried rice as I normally do but was given SHRIMP instead. I am allergic to shrimp. I asked to see the written order and it clearly said chicken. Maybe theyre having a bad night but in food service, no one can afford to make those kind of mistakes. I doubt I'll be returning anytime soon.

Their food is great, the ambiance/decor is especially nice compared to the other places on Myrtle, and I've had really nice folks help me when I get take out. No complaints at all, I'd take my friends here for sure!

I was a loyal customer of both the Thai 101's for almost a year and lately the service has been poor from both the management and the servers. I refuse to spend and support a business that has lost their respect for their loyal customers. In addition, the food quality has decreased drastically. I would advise anyuone not to waist their money and time on a business that does not deserve it.

I was steady customer of the original Thai 101 and recently they opened this new bistro across the street. I tried here take out because it takes about an hour or more for delivery at the other store. they told me it will take 15 minutes for pick up so I went there about the time and asked the waitress. she told me it didn't come out yet and wait. I waited and waited for whopping 30 minutes and another waitress picked up the bag which was siting on the table from the time I entered the restaurant and gave it to me. Are you kidding me? I ordered take out food because I hate cold delivery. Is it your policy to serve cold food? After I came home, I found out the food was soggy, cold, bland and moreover they sneaked in soured tofu one after another in my fried rice. Is it worth using $1 soured tofu after losing steady customer?
