Loved the drinks and athmosphere
Really, this became one of my favourites during my trip to NY. We went there twice. The drinks where great, the staff helped us pick out drinks and I had a nachoplate one of the times, it was the best. I loved how it felt very local and a lot of the guests seemed to come here a lot!

It's not a restaurant. Make sure you have that clear.
This place is a bar masquerading as a Mexican restaurant. Nobody who works there is Mexican. Their "menu" consists entirely of canned, packaged, and bagged items that are thrown together quickly to make it look like they were cooked. Overcharging you on that slop is half the scam. The other half is the price of drinks, which are better than the food, but still poor. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Not so good
Just because you wrapped it in a tortilla doesn't make it mexican.

Not recommended
The 2 tacos were cold as ice (said they have a gas leak but think Con Ed turned off service--just my opinion). I told the bartender (she was sweet about it) and the manager (no reply). They should have paid me the 22 $ for eating there . No chips or dip either.

Way too overpriced
The food is simply mediocore and the everything is overpriced for the quality. I could have gotten the same service, food, and drinks somewhere else for a fraction of the price.

Great for drinks not so much for the food!
Great Drinks, food is mediocre! what was I thinking? I thought I was going to get authentic mexican food this place is owned by Reese Rest. The same people who own several chain fast food places so that says alot!
