Bananas Foster....Bananas Foster!
Yeah. They put Bananas Foster on the dessert menu. Do you really need any other reason than that to go there? We don't. But if you do.....it is the BEST meal for the money in willyb. The menu is pretty broad and accomodates most. Another great thing about teddy's is how loyal they are to our community....if you don't love them for the bananas foster-- you have to love them for that.

Great food - Great atmosphere!
I love Teddy's - the burgers are the best! I usually get take-out and the wait staff are very accomodating on the phone - telling you the specials, etc.

Waitresses are not good
completely ignored the entire time. What is up with paper cups? Not a good deal. Nice atmosphere - but dont go to eat.

Mediocre food but nice bar atmosphere.
Great food selections, like Salmon BLT. Sounds good but doesnt live up to it. Chicken wings mediocre. Ribs mediocre. Ambience...in the day time its beautiful because of the victorian styled windows. Service is okay, but understaffed.

No complaits
I have been going to Teddy's for years born and raised in Williamsburg. I just love the neighborhood and Teddy's is like a diamond in the hood. They have really good food, and staff is very nice, the owner a gracious host.

in Williamsburg, among the best values
After stopping by a few trendy spots in the area my friends and I ended up here for a meal around eight-thirty. We were told we'd have to wait fifteen minutes so we got a drink at the bar, where my blue point lager was a reasonable four-fifty. The previous place we went to told us we'd have to wait and hour and a half. We didn't mind the crowd and in less than ten minute we were lead to out table in the back. It was all you can eat fish Friday and my friend took advantage, they kindly obliged to three refills. Mind you the refills are a smaller portion but at ten bucks and in this neighborhood a deal like this seems rare. I had the fish tacos. three come to an order. My fish, too, was fried in very nice simple batter and topped with corn, beans, lettuce, guacamole, and a nice amount of cilantro. I had them hold the sour cream. The corn tortilla's were not practical carriers for the three mounds of filling, but I had no problem using a knife and fork. Our servers were all sweet and helpful, though, once in a while you might have to flag one down. The food and clientele seem like a normal neighborhood establishment that everyone should be lucky enough to have. It wasn't fancy, but everyone I went with left happy and surprised. A great contrast to much of the local pretension.
