Slow poor service
Noisy. We were ignored for sixty minutes while waiting for a larger party to be served. Half food served and then the rest of our party had to wait even longer. One meal was so late, we had to cancel it. Food was tasty, but overall unsatisfactory experience.

Not a good choice for pasta delivery
My mushroom app and fettucine alfredo came out to $34 and change, including a $5 delivery fee (though to their credit they did mention the fee on the phone when I ordered). I wouldn't have minded the rather steep price that much if the food had felt worth it. The mushroom app was alright though definitely not great -- bland but showed some promise. The fettucine though were just flavorless. they created an interesting interplay of the senses: I could see what I assume was the cream sauce but couldn't manage to taste it and there seemed to be a complete lack of any other seasoning. I realize the flavor of this dish is meant to be subtle but this just seemed like over-cooked ramen that without the flavoring packet. The person who took order on the phone seemed a bit haughty but the delivery was rather quick and the food arrived hot. My roommate mentioned that their sushi is much better and perhaps the restaurant redeems itself if one eats there but my experience with this delivery was anything but good.
