Good food, weird delivery
I don't see why the delivery man can't take the extra step of coming into the building. They call you from thr time they leave the rest and say that they are down the block so that it's always you waiting on them. Very bizarre!

Delivery
The food is ok however, when you order delivery, the delivery man refuses to come inside the building. Even though this is a safe building. (very small in size with only 6 apts and 3 floors). Seems to me as plain old laziness. Sad, Free delivery should be free delivery to your door. Also, delivery guys seems upset to get a $3 dollar tip for a $7 order and only walking 3 blocks!

Weird delivery
Typical Chinese food for the area. Spare ribs and dumplings tasted good, but chicken was greasy to the point of being inedible. Delivery guy was weird. Kept calling and saying he was scared to enter the building, before he'd even left the restaurant! We live right around the corner.
