We were happy regulars at the Columbus Ave. site and are overjoyed at the reopening of this wonderful eatery. The owner and his staff are a big draw for us. It's wonderful to be served by people who enjoy what they're doing or at least act like they do. Food is always hot & delicious and service is good. Lunch buffet offers a nice variety. Lower rating for atmosphere is only because of the noise factor. Note to some parents: street noises can't be helped but boisterous children can ruin an otherwise pleasant meal for other patrons.

I'm so happy to see this place reopened. Their food has definitely gotten better. Unfortunately, they have raised their prices, probably due to the increase in rent. However, the food is worth it, and they still have their all-you-can-eat lunch buffet.

The demise of this restaurant at 97th and Columbus when the greedy landlord decided to redevelop was a great loss to the neighborhood. The best Indian cuisine on the Upper West Side, combined with friendly, courteous service made it a great place to dine in or order delivery. Haven't been to the new restaurant, but delivery is very efficient and the food is as good as, if not better than, ever!

This continuation of former Manhattan Tandoori on Columbus and 80/90 something serves fabulous take out /delivery food! We've had the Chicken Tikka Masala, the Lamb Spinach Curry, great samosas and excellent chicken curry. Owner is very friendly and courteous. Great find in UWS!
