Had a good time with good food - I will come back

Me and my wife ate there recently a couple of times. I love the big burger they have and my wife agrees that it's really nice, juicy, and satisfying. We also tried the prime rib, which was also good. I am not kosher, so I eat everywhere. The meat was tender and had good flavor. The fries are delicious and the mashed potatoes were surprisingly good for a non-dairy place. Dessert-wise...love the tiramisu because it's light on the stomach after a big steak. They offer a non-dairy cheesecake which I really liked - I think they have changed the recipe and for the better. Overall service was good. They were pretty prompt and we didn't feel rushed. I think it's worth going there more often. Even if you are not craving meat, jump on a hummus platter - it's better than Sabra.

    Try It!

Talia’s Steakhouse is definitely worth a closer look. From the street I was impressed by their live music so I decided to check it out. The atmosphere was very cozy and pleasant. About the food, I asked the server for her recommendation since it was my first time, and she didn’t disappoint. The entree I got was a middle eastern plate that had 2 skewers-1 chicken, 1 steak. I was very impressed by the presentation, and great taste. All for such a reasonable price. Definitely check it out! (they have quite a diverse menu too)

    Dreadful!

This place is dreadful. Fatty steaks, stale bread, awful service. Stay away!

    EH

The food here is hit or miss, sometimes decent and sometimes not very good quality. Theyve done a good job of making some inexpensive dishes and meal options. The service is consistently poor, they seem to hire people with zero restaurant service experience. Some of the girls there are not very polite and are clueless on how to serve their customers. Bottom line the food must get more consistent and the service must actually become respectable.

    a rare treat!

what a treasure to find a place like talia's! we went here because we were in the mood for a kosher steak and we honestly don't eat out too often, so we decided to splurge. we had a prime rib steak and a ribeye steak (since we only get the opportunity to eat so nicely once in awhile!:) and both were fantastic. the atmosphere was very pleasant and laid back and we felt very comfortable just having an absorbing conversation with the chill background. we were told there is also live music but it is on hiatus so we will soon be coming back for that. our server was a nice young woman who was very friendly and seemed to honestly care about how we were enjoying our experience. we appreciated her smile and demeanor. we had a lovely dessert and walked out with full stomachs, smiles on our faces, and a strong desire to return the next opportunity we have to treat ourselves!

    Bizarre and Not worth it

Went in on a Sunday night, it was not busy with plenty of open seats. Service was very poor and our pasta was watery and our steak was meant to be "med-rare" and was half raw. The manager did take responsibility, however, we will not be returning. Good luck.

    Seriously bizarre

this place is very strange. on a saturday, it was empty, and had horrific live music. i ordered a stoli-o on the rocks, and i was given a regular stoli, that was watered down. i told the waiter i ordered stoli-o, and she said this is all we have. food quality is decent, the service was pretty poor, there were some weird birthday dinners going on... all in all a very strange place.
