    Disappointed

The food was greasy and had no taste except for the ribs. However, the service was excellent and people were very kind. I will not go back.

    Not returning

The best part was the ambiance - nice decor and lighting. Then downhill. Not uncommon lately at Thai restaurants, here too there were no serving spoons/forks with the two main dishes. Getting the waiter's attention was not easy. There was no poor attitude, service was perfunctory at best. The food was mediocre. Definitely NOT a neighborhood gem.

I want to love this place!

I want to love this place. The atmosphere is fresh and chic and hip with beautiful woodwork and a great bar. The food is just average. The portions are very small and sauces taste pre-made. The last time I was here I went for lunch. The soup came out with the main course and the soup wasn't even warm, it was dining room temperature. The dumplings were good but service uninspired. The food portion was warm and the sauce pre-made tasting. This is not bad food just no wow factor when I believe this place could have the wow factor. The service is a bit disjointed especially at lunch. This is a nice, comfy place where the food won't be disappointing. it just won't be better than average to good. I hope they try a bit harder even if they charge a $1 or two more.

Another options who love Asian food, especially Thai Food

Look from outside is warm-cozy style of decoration, food is OK, but not 10 points, cause of too many options for the menu (which others will like this), drunken noodle is really good, also the pumpkin chicken curry is also tasty of the flavors. Happy hour of this place is great, $5 for the wine (which is not too bad), $5 for flavor margarita is more attractive to me, and yes buy 1 get 1 for Thai Beer, wow..w Service is not too bad. Price of the food is really reasonable. These pros will take me back there to try new dish from them.

    Great Thai

This restaurant is a welcome addition to the neighborhood. We've traveled to Thailand and the food served at Tale is VERY good. I probably eat here once a week now. Also should mention they have a great lunch special.

    Hope this place sticks around

Tried this place for the lunch special - pretty good! It was a great deal - $7.50 for free soup, appetizer, and main dish. We both also got drinks (Thai ice tea and coffee) for an additional $3/each. The soup kind of tasted like Campbells, but other than that, the food was pretty tasty! First time I had drunken noodles - fun spicy taste, and the salad was also delicious. Boyfriend had satay and curry. The service was attentive, but not overbearing, the decor is amazing, and the food is delish. I'd definitely go back, in fact, im surprised that we were the only ones in the resto at lunch considering their lunch special (by far one of the best in the area). Hope this place sticks around, it's a nice addition to the neighborhood.

    Could be Way Better

The duck is gross and awful. The portions are small. The ingredients are fresh. Not great Thai but could be very good Thai. You almost feel like they are trying to keep costs low.
