The so-called Korean Fried chicken was dry, overcooked, and contained of 4 pieces of boneless chicken and my korean companion said nothing in this dish made it a Korean dish. A big disappointment! Talde suggest sharing but the overpriced portions are not even enough for 1 person. Food though is pretty good but once again pricey. Attentive service in a comfortable dining room.

This was one of the best meals I have had in awhile at such a reasonable price. Everything we ordered was amazing and we will be back soon. I recommend going!

We've been frequent diners at Talde's since it's opening and we are totally in love! They treat us to a special food experience EVERY time we go. The pork dumplings are to die for, as is the shrimp toast. All the entrees are perfectly seasoned and delightful in their conbined flavors. The menu has lots of main stay items, but they also offer lots of seasonal choices, too. Try the new steak dish it's the best new addition and finish with the chocolate pudding -- you'll walk out a very happy camper!

I went in to Talde last night with very high expectations and was not disappointed. First off, the service was excellent. The bartender was very knoweldgable and accomodating and both our waitresses (one replaced the other at the end of her shift) were extremely pleasant without being overbearing. We sat at the bar overlooking the kitchen in surprisingly comfortable stools. My friend and I split the beef carpaccio special appetizer of the day as well as the octopus appetizer. Each had complex though well balanced flavors. We also splilt the korean fried chicken, which I cannot say enough about. So spicy (both in heat and in flavors)! So moist! So delcious! I will definitely be back.

We've been watching with great anticipation the corner space on 11th and 7th avenue being transformed into the Top Chef alum Dale Talde's restaurant TALDE. Took our 2 kids on a Sat night (we live close by so left name and came back.) Overall we are thrilled by this addition. My husband is Chinese American and we make/eat lots of homemade dumplings and soups. Talde holds its own in both categories. The dumplings had a great flavor and both the ramen and the wonton were delicious. The wontons in the soup were light and flavorful. Note that each soup had plenty for all for of us! They are huge. We ordered the pork shoulder and although everyone was already beyond full it got devoured. The kids inhaled it. Sooo tender and just a tad sweet. We also ordered the fluke. We were actually too full to eat it. I had a tiny taste and it was moist and nicely seasoned. An FYI the Sat night wait after 7 is 2 hrs. A weeknight is probably a better bet or leave your name and try Brookvin for a glass of wine next door first.

Had a great time with friends. Service was super knowledgeable. Started with the perilla leaf a must have. The dumplings, market fish and Brussels sprouts were also highlights. The lycee martini was on point and the wines are easy and very affordable. Looking forward to going back and seeing how they grow,

My boyfriend and I were really looking forward to eating at Talde. We live in the neighborhood and have passed by a few times only to find over an hour wait, which was too long, so we left. When we finally decided to get there at early at 6:30 the place was packed with an ultimate homogenous park slope crowd, but we managed to get a table in 20 minutes or so. We ordered the pretzel pork dumplings and sliders to start. All we tasted was salt. Although a little disappointed, we ordered wonton soup with ramen. I have never tasted saltier soup. It was inedible, so my boyfriend cancelled the main course. The staff was wonderful through our stay, and the owner cancelled the check - which was quite gracious; we were happy about that.
