great japanese bakery
I always found the staff to be wonderful. This is a great little bakery. Pretty unique stuff (at least here in nyc) - tuna danishes, corn/mayo danishes, curry donuts, as well as western favvorites like tiramisu, in a nice setting, perfect for breakfast or an afternoon snack.

Food that has attitude is good, but not staff
Had a very unpleasant experience visiting the bakery. Waited a long time for the employee to recognize me and take the order. After paying, I noticed something additional to buy and this annoyed the employee. She began muttering as though I could not see her lips move. The manager was near me and saw this and glared at the girl until when she handed the purchase a thank you was given. Neither the manager nor the employee apologized for the rude behavior towards a customer. Yes, the pastries are fine, but not worth an uncomfortable incident.
