I recently went to Taim's for the first time. I live in the Bronx and I decided to go because I heard about Taim from the Food Network. I had a hard time getting there but I can truly say that the trouble was 150% worth it. The falafel was the best I have ever had in my life. I can't wait to go back. It was delicous and very filling. Congratulations on all your success and I hope your recipes never change.

I love the food here so fresh... always hot off the grill! The falafel and eggplant sandwich are my favorite... And the baba ghanouj. It's also a great low key place in the West Village which now seems both cheesy or over-priced

This is falafel at its best!! The freshest falafel I've ever tasted: yummy and moist inside and crispy outside, not greasy or dry, and interesting hints of flavor. Love the red falafel. Staff are friendly and seem to care about the food, and prices are reasonable. Good choice for lunch, though not much seating.

One of the best falafel sandwiches I've ever tried. You really can't beat the price either. Lunch under six bucks is a rare find!

This is hands down the best falfel i've had in new york. I started a falafel craze about two years ago and I have tried most of the "famous" falafel places and this one is the perfect combo of taste, texture, spice and crunch... plus i love that the sauce has a slight hint of sweet.

I’ve written quite a few reviews on MP and this is the first time that each of the categories received a 5.0 score. Let’s start with the food. Unbelievable. Truly Unbelievable. Not sure if they make their own pitas, but they’re great. All three types of falafel are amazing, as are the specials that they have. Usually when I start going to a place I try everything, and then settle on 1 or 2 things. Here, I consistently get a different kind of falafel because they are all amazing. Now the service....Could the couple who runs this place be any nicer? I don’t think so. Value? Of course! Where else can you get a 1 and a half pound falafel for $6? It’s seriously really big. And lastly, the atmosphere. It’s truly a neighborhood joint. People sit outside, talk to each other about how amazing the food is and play with each other’s pets/kids. I cannot stop grubbing this food. Only down side of this place is I cannot eat falafel anywhere else.
