Amazing food and great service
If you like Indian food, Tadka is a must-try - the ingredients are incredibly fresh and the spices just right. The service is super-friendly and courteous. Highly recommended!

What a pleasant surprise!
Last week a friend and I stopped here for a very good lunch. The menu choices flavors were very good and although there are a lot of tables in a small spot, we were comfortable eating there. The service was very pleasant and efficient. My mouth is still watering for more of Tadka's meals.

excellent takeout in midtown
we live in the area and welcome tadkas food. being indian, we have been fussy about what we eat at home and their chicken curry and aloo gobi and dal hit the spot. the manager is extremely friendly, remembers our favorite dishes and we have never had a problem with our food.

Great Cozy Restaurant
this is a great place, it's tiny yes!! but so what? The food was pretty good, the service was excellent, and i like that they take care of the place, the price of the food is not expensive. When I eat there, i feel like I am eating at a fancy restaurant. I am a happy customer, and I will go back.

Consistently Good
Their lunch and dinner specials are great value for the money and the food is quite tasty too. The service is attentive and the manager is really friendly. The space is small, but the food does not travel well so try to eat on premises if you can (but don't dawdle, as a matter of common courtesy please).

Freshest Indian Food Ever
The food was excellent. It is freshly prepared using the freshest ingredients. You can taste every single ingredient in the dish. The service is warm and friendly. The only thing is that this is a tiny cramped place with some 10 seats. So get there early and enjoy the company.

Bland food, oily, overpriced
I finally decided to try this local place and was disappointed. My food was oily and bland. Not terrible - but not worth the price.
