I stumbled upon a review that mentioned this is the former Fresh Tortillas from 90th & 2nd of years past. Not sure that's a fact but it seems to be true!! Firstly, delivery arrived in 25 minutes from phone call to delivery man at front door (polite & efficient). Food, very tasty, warm, not hot but in all fairness it's December & 30F outside. Saw in other reviews that guacamole was watery, not the case with my order. Everything was flavorful, mild but you can add spice, right? The salsa was watery but again, you've got some in the fridge don't you? I had the nachos, crisp and loaded! The bean burritos, loaded & cheesy! Lastly, this is not a complaint the Quesadilla Gigantic has everything listed INSIDE the Quesadilla, which is fine but I was looking for cheesy goodness, so next time I'll go simple Quesadillas. So happy to find Fresh Tortillas!! Any long standing UES'der missing that 90th & 2nd mainstay - it's here!! Enjoy!

Good and cheap with fast delivery

The food is good not great, but the price makes it worth it. The delivery is always fast, but the delivery people are absolutely awful! Never ate at the restaurant myself so hopefully the wait staff is better. All in all I keep coming back because of the food and price, but don't expect amazing authentic mexican cuisine. Low expectations = good food

The food is good; especially for the price. Cheap but good!

the tortillas are great. The steak soft tacos are fantastic. They could be more generous with the vegetables on the fajita soft tacos. I like a lot of vegetables.

...that Asians make the best Mexican food on the Upper East Side? This isn't fussy, pretentious Mexican fare; but if you've hit the Mission in SFO, you know good Mexican food, and this is (almost) it. The guacamole aside, this is great Mexican food and the pound of tortillas (a nod to the original name of the establishment, aka Fresh Tortillas) is amazing. Great food, great prices, great delivery. About the only issue is that you need to know what you want by number because it's easy to get confused. Never been to the place in person, so my commentary on the atmosphere is strictly related to the order process, which isn't perfect, but the end result nearly is. Finally, the chips/salsa is great but get a paper towel ready for the chips because they're fresh out of the fryer (oil and a bit of sea salt). Hot damn it's good eats!
