Not recommended
This is literally the most disappointing taco I have had in this city. I have been in NYC for about a year, and my experiences w/tacos here are either amazing or so-so. Thus, when I went into this place, I expected the food to be "whatever" - something to stop my stomach from growling. But this was absolutely terrible. The chicken was chewy and salty. And the "sauce" that came with it tasted like grocery store salsa. The tomatoes and lettuce were not fresh. Seriously, Mexican chain restaurants are better than this.

Food always cold - no flavor.. don't order the chicken
The food is always undercooked, particularly the rice (mexican) and no flavor added. the chicken makes you wonder if it is "real" chicken versus substitute chicken. Unfortuntately the quality is inferior and I would not recommend the menu.

Not horrible
I ordered delivery which was prompt enough. The grilled chicken in the chicken taco was not my favorite, but edible. I would probably order a guac or bean taco next time. The shell was good (hard taco) and the cheese, tomato, etc was fine. The cheese enchilada is not so much an enchilada as just cheese and flour tortilla. There is no sauce and everything is kind of bland. Also, there is a lot of cheese, which may sound like a good thing but it's actually kind of gross.

I order from them all the time. They always come quickly, food hot and delicious. Great bargain!

good food
the chicken is good. sometimes it is well done but i rather well done than raw. i dont like the guac. there but have had a bunch of the chicken dishes and am always pretty happy. the food is really cheap and they deliver very fast.

subpar
tried this for the first time - worst food i have ever had. the chicken was unrecognizable as such. it was brown meat and crunchy and disgusting. this food was not eatible. it is cheap for a reason and you get what you pay for. the only good thing i can say about the place is that the food was delivered very quickly.

surprisingly delish
really great food! dont let the decor and generic order-by-number menu fool you. Everything is great quality, including the fresh tortillas (a huge seller for me). Guacamole is good too, only thing I wasn't crazy about was the spinach taco but really its my own fault for trying to get too creative with it. Prices are absurdly cheap, I actually had difficulty trying to fill the $6 delivery minimum. Check it out!!
