I ordered the spicy shrimp salad to go. When I got back to the office and began to eat, the shrimp was raw/slimy. I called them to complain and they said that you have to specify if you want shrimp cooked all the way. As far as I'm aware in life, shrimp should be and this isn't a sushi place. The salad part was wilted more greens with tons of onions and scallions, a few pieces of tomato. For $14.95 it should be of better quality. Probably won't ever order a salad from a Thai place again based off of this experience.

Horrible customer service (NEVER order lunch after 12:30) but I can't lie- I order/ come here twice a week at least for their great prices and good food. My whole office is usually jealous.

Taan Thai's pad thai is consistently bland and dry. Giving the benefit of the doubt and thinking that whenever I've gone it's just been a chef or there was some kind of fluke with my dish (but anyway, don't cooks always taste things before they put them to be served?), I have been there several times and always been served the same bland noodles. From now on I'll be getting my Thai food elsewhere.

Nice quiet place to have supper. Good, ample (by American standards), reasonably priced food. Good considerate service (prompt & polite).

For the price you pay, this place has great quality of food. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

had a great meal and cheep . Close to where we were staying . the decor is not much to look at and sometimes that refects the quality of the food , I was pleasently suprised and went back a second time in less than a week

I saw this place by accident, since I was originially headed to A Desi Diner for lunch, but to find out it was closed and Taan was next door with a great lunch specials under $10 for a main dish and app. The place was busy, but no wait for 2 to sit. Best to get here before 1pm for busy lunch hour. Got the chicken and garlic sauce that comes with white rice. Very good and great portion. The app. spring rolls were crispy and warm. Service was friendly but it was a little slow since there were alot more people than waiters. Overall I recommend this place, since food was authentic Thai, value was great and portion of food served was more than hefty.
