I'm baffled as to how this restaurant got 2 stars. Further proof that Bruni is an idiot. Service was no good, decor is basically nothing. My husband and I went not long after it was reviewd just because we were so suprised by the stars. A few things were quite good, but not 2 stars good. The cold sesame noodles were delicious. We ordered 5 other things. 2 of them had the EXACT same sauce, even though on the menu it said 2 different types of sauces. The scallion pancakes were not good at all. Really really weird aftertaste. Not good. So, in summary, skip this place!

The best sichuan I've ever had. You absolutely must try the fish fillet in red chili pepper broth. If there's a better Chinese restaurant, I'm not aware of it.

I use to go there every week while my office was close by, but i still try to go there, but the over all quality :( food is not as good as before, i guess they change the chef, the portion is smaller so you could order more dishes, the price is 3-5 bucks up for each dish,we spent over 60 bucks and we don't really feel full, i don't know what happened to them? As quality like this,I would never ever go back, no way.

The food there is great! Tastey, Spicey, Great Portion...and the price....wow, I love it!! My friends and I walked from 44th Street & Lexignton Ave to get lunch from there and it was well worth it. This was my 3rd time there and I have no complaints...IT'S PERFECT. I recommend the Stir Fried Chicken w. Roasted Chili & Green Chili. Satisfied for real!!

Today was my 2nd time there. Soups came a minute after we ordered and entrees came 2 minutes after that - which had me thinking they psychically knew what we were going to order and had it waiting for us. We ordered dishes rated 2 peppers - braised fish fillets w/ chili miso and ma paul tofu. While good tasty dishes, had us gulping down ice cold water. Extremely crowded during lunchtime and our table for 2 was an inch apart from another table for 2.

It does not get better than this in NY. Not in Flushing, not in Chinatown. I only wish I lived closer and could eat every few days.

A note to all: this restaurant is only open until 10pm, as opposed to what is listed on this site; the last seating is at 9pm. I experienced this problem firsthand, when they actually TURNED OFF all the lights in the place while we were still at the table---apparently, it was 10pm and it was time for them to go home!
