It looks like they change the chef because the vegetables was over cook and the chicken was dry the food is not the same I wont order again

I am of chinese decent, I grew up on chinese food, and this is pretty much the only decent chinese take out in the area. I have ordered or eaten at pretty much ever chinese restaurant in a 1 mile radius of this place, and I have yet to find anything that tastes better. They're not the best I have hard (far from it), but they are the best in this area. I'm not going to name names, but there were a few places that were better, but lately they have all gone way way WAY down hill. SD's delivery time is pretty average, between 20-40 minutes for me. not too fast not too slow. I have never had a problem with them and they are very nice on the phone. A big place is that they pretty much understand ever word I say, which seems to be very hard to find these days. What more can you ask for when there is nothing else in the neighborhood?!

Schezuan Delight is amazing. Not only is the food great, but the delivery is so fast. I've ordered and received my delivery in less than 10 minutes, and no I don't live next door.

Always get delivery in 30minutes or less. If thats too long, then get a reality check. The food is very solid. Not super salty, the meat is tasty and veggies pretty fresh. Egg rolls are nice and fat :)

After trying pretty much every Chinese food option in Park Slope, we finally stumbled on Szechuan Delight. The food was all very good and good quality. I only ordered delivery from here and while I have passed by and the restaurant looks nice, the woman who takes the delivery orders is so incredibly pleasant that ordering delivery is a pleasure! We stuck with the staple items (chicken with broccoli,shrimp lo mein, etc) and all were really tasty. I highly recommend this place!

Recently gave up on SD after being regular customers for 20+ years. Their delivery service, which once was fast and efficient, had really gotten bad. We found ourselves waiting 40 minutes and longer for orders that would arrive barely warm or even cold. When I called to complain, the lady told me that 30 to 45 minutes was normal. Sorry, lady, but I remember when my wife and I couldn't believe how fast the delivery was. We'd hang up the phone and a few minutes later the doorbell would ring. So we finally got tired of waiting for cold Chinese food and gave up.

Good wonton soup, good chicken and corn soup and EXCELLENT shredded beef szechuan style. All the ingredients taste fresh and high quality.
