Worth Taking the Trip For!
I came across Swoons food in a wkend food market in BK. And the variety of delicious variety of foods and desserts blew my mind!.the cupcakes are iced in flavors you wouldn't even think to pair but are amazing..try the gingerbread with spiced cider icing..The peanut butter cookies melt in your mouth and are hands down my favorite.. He reinvented the moon pies, making them so their perfectly proportioned and not too sweet.delicious. The fruit bars allow the fruit to shine but still allow you to feel like your indulging.Now the meatballs...o...m...g...the vegetarian meatballs are where its at! The delicate taste of the caramelized onions along with the zest of the spices and sweetness of the fresh tomatoes just marry this dish to perfection.. I took home whatever was on the table lol.The spinach pies are flakey and light and also melt in your mouth. The bonus on top of taste is these foods are all vegetarian and vegan but the taste isn't compromised AT ALL...the menu changes and there is always something new to look forward to..worth the trainride..trust.
