I loved the coconut soup and ever green plate. Simply delicious!

I highly recommend this place for dining in or take out. We've been going here for our two years in the neighborhood. Certain guests always request that we eat here when they are visiting. Their soups are spectacular when you're sick and the Evergreen dish is always a healthy treat. Happy eating!

I guess I should've paid closer attention to the the word 'fusion' placed under the name of the restaurant. I was hoping to find Thai comparable to the quality I get on the West coast, but this place was more like a Chinese restaurant with slightly fresher ingredients. The chicken in the dish I ordered was breaded and fried. If you like Chinese food, you'll probably be okay with the food here. But if you want a cleaner and fresher tasting alternative, I suggest you keep looking.

The food is usually delivered hot and tasty and rather quickly. There was one occasion where it took over an hour to get my food... I was about to fire them as the area is getting saturated with new Thai spots but thought better when the food arrived piping hot. There are certainly tons of This restaurants in the city that outpace them, but they are a great option for the new Crown Heights that is emerging.

We love this place so much! Cute restaurant, you never have to wait for a seat, the service is great, and the food is delicious. Love their soups -the Coconut soup is great, as is the Lemongrass -YUM! As for entrees, I've loved everything I've gotten here -Pad Thai, Drunken Noodle, veggie dishes, etc. So happy we found this place!

I was thrilled to see a new Thai place open up on Franklin Ave, and Sweet Basil does not disappoint. Everything we've eaten from this restaurant has been fresh and flavorful. The pineapple fried rice is particularly good, and the "Cashew King," Pad See Eiw, and Coconut noodles are all quite tasty. I haven't tried the much maligned (on this site) pad Thai, so I can't contest the reviews on that, but every other dish we've tried has ben excellent.
