Nice presentation, good quality food, did not taste cheap, like most chinese food, healthy portions. One step below Ollies or Phillip Express, but best in W. Village and cheaper so in my book doing more with less is sometimes a good thing!

Suzie's is absolutely delicious! I always order from here when I'm craving chinese.

I ordered the salted fish & shrimp chow fun - big mistake, there was no shrimp, instead I got a few pieces of squid. And the salted fish wasn't the diced salted fish you expect, it was the dried in package fish that was dry, and terrible, similar to the dry squid strips you can buy at a Asian food mart. I was hoping this would be more authentic since this isn't something you usually see on a western-chinese restaurant menu but it was disappointing.

We've been ordering from them for twenty years--it used to be better on the whole, but can still be quite good these days: it all depends on the anonymous and clearly replaceable cooks in the kitchen. Some days the food is really something; some days it's over-sauced, haphazardly put together. Obviously, this is Chinese-American, not Chinatown fare... To the previous reviewer, Charlie Mom is worth trying, though they too are inconsistent at times.

we order from Suzie's fairly often, and have not been disappointed so far...our faves include the jade pot, moo shu pork, and the spring rolls...i like the egg rolls, they remind me of rolls I had at a local Chinese place in NJ as a kid...delivery has always been prompt- but we do live quite close to Bleecker... Those that bashed this place, can you please recommend places that you felt were better? we've not been too adventurous in our Chinese takeout, so if you think another place is better, lets hear it!

I love this place. I've been eating there for almost 15 years, and still, it's my go to place for Chinese food in nyc. The vegetables are always fresh and delicious, and there is no msg added to the meal. In a town where addictive food additives are the norm (again, msg), Suzies relies on the deliciousness of the food to bring you back. I highly recommend it if you enjoy healthier Chinese food.
