When Mee Fun dissappeared due to a collapsed ceiling, I looked everywhere for some decent Chinese food with reliable delivery. After months I came upon Suzie's: finally something worth while in the village. The honey glazed pork is to die for, and as fried rice goes it's some of my favorite.

I went to this place and ordered the lunch special - entree, soup and appetizer for about $6. This is a total steal, but the food was as this price would suggest. Having only eaten the lunch special, I dont know how good the dinner menu is in comparison. bottom line - its really cheap, but definitely has lame food. the atmosphere and service were both very nice.

Ordered from here the other night - the food was just ok. Wouldn't order again. Had the hot and sour soup and the shrimp egg foo young. Hot and sour was adequate. But the egg foo young was so watery and bland. Maybe I just ordered the wrong things but I wouldn't try this again.

Good food, good prices, decent place to eat in, super-fast and reliable delivery, friendly staff, good lunch specials. What more can you ask for from your neighborhood chinese restaurant?

I've been working at NYU since 1992. In all that time I've tried many of the local Chinese food places. I've seen 'em come and I've seen 'em go. Suzies has remained the best in the neighborhood for the best value in all that time. Try the Yang Chow Fried Rice, its awesome!

I got the Vegetarian Duck Hunan style......so good. It's hard to find good veggie chinese food. The people spoke good english and were helpful and friendly. I can't wait to go back.

I have been ordering from Suzie's for years, and it's still my favorite Chinese restaurant. No other place compares! And my favorite dish is still the same - General Tso's Vegetarian Chicken. If you haven't tried it, do, but once you do, you'll never go back to anything else!
