Very Meh
I've lived in the neighborhood for a few years now and agree with the previous poster that the food has gone downhill. Every so often I order my favorite dish in the vain hope that the kitchen has gotten its act together, but alas, I'm chasing a ghost. Unless you're desperate for mediocre chinese, spend your money elsewhere.

Outstanding!
I've been ordering from Suzie's for years because of their excellent vegetarian options, including the coveted vegetarian fried wontons and egg rolls, which, oddly, are impossible to find elsewhere. The food is delicious, and they always deliver almost as soon as I've hung up the phone. Food arrives hot and is always perfect. I REALLY love this place!

Fool me once
I have ordered from here too often. Admittedly the food is good for the price and they will cater to specific orders, however the delivery service is horrendous. They have brought the incorrect order FOUR times. I know, fool me once... But I chalked it up to just disorder and an honest mistake. I'm not really picky and would normally just eat whatever they ordered, but when I called to replace a meat dish for the vegetable dish ordered, they gave me serious attitude and asked I pay additionally since they wouldn't admit to sending the wrong order. Extremely rude and will not order again.

good food, bad service
I ordered chicken lomaine because it was my first time and it came out great. The dumplings are awesome too. Now the service .. sucked. When ever they came to give us more water, they just poured it like whatever and left; spilling some water over the table. The guys weren't friendly, they only took our orders, gave us our food, and gave us the check. I believe good costumer service comes with good personality from who ever is taking care of you, I don't care if you work at Mcdonalds, enjoy your job for a couple of hours.

Down the tubes
After many years of ordering from here, I came back from living abroad and wow, what a disappointment. cloying sauce that is overly sweet and sickening. forced myself to eat three bites and then threw it away. i thought is american chinese really this bad? luckily, i had my fix days later at a recommended place in the east village. Spend your money elsewhere, sorry Suzie's, your service is prompt but your food is pathetic.
