    i am impressed

    i really like their sushi . it is always fresh and tasty. as opposed to other kosher places i have been to, where they just have random combination on their menu, and some of their rolls just dont tast good like no flavor but sushi tokyo rocks!! plus sushi tokyo has the best delivery system ive experienced so far in brooklyn its always fast and fresh and efficient keep it up!!!

    worst delivery service ever

    food is not bad, over priced ... and i ordered $20 worth of volcano rolls and it was 1 hr before i got the 2 cold rolls... this has happened repeatedly...so no more. sorry guys. until you get it together no more orders from us.

    The food is good. The service is beyond awful. all the waiters are between the ages of 14-17 and have no experience constantly getting orders wrong and not caring to go fix it in a hurry. Maybe they should consider hiring someone with some sort of experience and maybe id go back. i refuse to go until then. No matter how good the food is. Stop being so cheap and hire people who are older than 12. Thanks.

    Poor customer service

    This place cannot seem to get there act together! It is run by children and seem to have a streak of screwing up my order a lengthy four consecutive times. I requested to speak to the manager, but was denied by the high schooler behind the counter. I insisted to speak with the manager a second time in order to express my frustration and they finally were able to get a hold of him, also a kid. As I told him my issue, forgetting to cook the rolls, he seemed perplexed and unknowing of what to do. I even explicitly reiterated the words "cook everything" when ordering over the phone multiple times to avoid such issue. As they were fixing my roll and paid about $38, I thought I was finished with them, but to my surprise I was wrong. They then handed me a bill that said I paid $40 instead of the $38 because they now had to cook my roll which should of been cooked initially! At this point I had enough! I calmly proclaimed in front of the entire restaurant staff that I will never ever step foot into that place any more in my entire life. I even expressed to them to remember my face and that they won't be seeing me anymore. I then walked out and no one seemed to care.
